Did you know that if you’re stressed, your body literally cannot be digesting food at the same time? A lot of people with chronic stress also have chronic digestive issues. It’s no coincidence — it’s science. Come to learn about the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and how they play a role in your digestion. Our worlds are so stressful these days. Join me as we breathe, share how we’re all doing, learn a bit about the connection between stress and digestion, and most importantly, make connections with other ladies.

Start your weekend off right. This hour-long zoom call is a virtual support group with other like-minded ladies. We connect and breathe together, we share what we’re struggling with this week, we learn from one another, and get some simple tips from a health coach (that’s me!). Most importantly, we connect with other women during this time of isolation.

No prior attendance is necessary – each week is on a drop-in basis. There’s a $10 suggested donation, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
