Has your sleep been different during this pandemic? Vivid dreams? Racing thoughts? Staying up WAY too late and totally off of your usual routine? 
Tomorrow we’re talking all about SLEEP. Sleep and your gut microbiome have a complicated and co-dependent relationship. In addition to sharing a couple tidbits about sleep and gut health, plus a few things you can try this week to up your sleep game, this is a space for us ladies to connect, breathe and share together. We’ll talk about what’s going on in our lives this week, how we’re sleeping, and whatever else comes up. I hope you’ll join me!

Start your weekend off right. This hour-long, weekly zoom call is a virtual support group with other like-minded ladies. We connect and breathe together, we share what we’re struggling with this week, we learn from one another, and get some simple tips from a health coach (that’s me!). Most importantly, we connect with other women during this time of isolation.

No prior attendance is necessary – each week is on a drop-in basis. There’s a $10 suggested donation, but no one is turned away for lack of funds.
