I'm not sure if I actually have candida. Is this still for me?

If the symptoms listed resonated for you, and you feel out of balance — this program will help! The course includes a lot of info about candida – what it is, and how we treat it through exploring root causes and shifting diet, lifestyle, mindset, and supplements. But there is also a lot of practical information and support around making healthier lifestyle choices, too. 

I have been diagnosed with candida overgrowth by a dr. and was told to do a candida diet. Is this program right for me?

Yes! The program includes a support around the candida diet, including meal planning, recipes, grocery lists, healthy swaps to make, supplements to support your body and more. If you also have a doctor advising you or providing labs, great!

What's the application process like?

Once you apply, if there’s availability and you seem like a good fit for the group, I’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call where we’ll chat more about the program, investment (financial, energetic & time!) and other logistics. 

How does this compare to 1:1 private coaching?

This course includes all my knowledge and experience regarding candida overgrowth, gut health, nutrition, lifestyle shifts for holistic healing, and more that I’ve gained through my own journey and through work with many 1:1 clients. While this is a lower investment than working with me 1:1, you get to ask all your questions during our group Q&A calls and in our slack channel, plus you get the added bonus of support, accountability and connection with other women who are in the program with you!

What's the investment?

We discuss the financial investment and all details of the program on an application call if your application is approved for next steps! There will be an option to pay in full for a discount or to make use of the payment plan. As for time investment, each week will include a one-hour Q&A call, plus recorded modules for you to review on your own time (approx. 1 hour/week).

Are there any refunds?

No, there are no refunds for the group coaching program.
