Hello friends, I’m Shannon, the creator of Adios Candida.

I suffered through more than three years of recurring monthly yeast infections and BV, digestive issues, lethargy, low libido, fluctuating weight and more, before I discovered how to make the right changes to my diet and lifestyle to heal my gut and thrive once again. I initially began documenting my journey on Instagram @adios_candida, where i was looking for a little accountability and hopefully to connect to someone else who might understand my pain. Little did I know how far this journey would take me.

Three years later, I now feel better than ever, I am confident in my ability to choose healing foods, and use tools like breathwork and yoga to maintain my gut health. I am now a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I have discovered an amazing community of people – like you – who are empowering their own gut health as a means to improving their lives overall.

Now, I have taken what I’ve learned through expert training, my own personal experience, and my one-on-one coaching program, and created a group coaching program to help other women walk this journey together.

This one-of-a-kind program is a culmination of expert tips and tricks, easy-to-use resources and practices, personalized problem-solving, and group support.

Foundations: Gut Health 101

During week 1, you will learn about the foundations of gut health and its connection with our mood, hormones, digestion, immune system, sleep and stress. Even if you already know a bit about gut health, we will dive into learning to listen to YOUR body and set intentions for your personal 6 week journey.

[Week 2]

Food: What the Heck Should I Eat?

In week 2, we will talk about the elephant in the room: food! You will learn about both macro- and micro-nutrients, fiber, and water, and their roles in overall nutrition, especially related to gut health.

After this week, you will know how to create simple, balanced meals that boost healing.

[Week 3]

Digestion: What is Your Poop Telling You?

For week 3, we will focus on one of the biggest ways your body communicates with you: your poop.

You will learn more about digestion and how to problem solve through bloating, gas, and all kinds of digestive issues.

[Week 4]

Holistic Connections: Stress, Breath, Movement

During week 4, you will make connections between your stress, sleep, movement, and your gut.

After this week, you will feel confident in supporting your healing by using breathwork and movement techniques that help maintain good gut health.

[Week 5]

Detox: Supplements, Cleaning Products, & More

In week 5, you will learn how environmental factors may be contributing to your symptoms and understand how to detox your life to build up and support your long-term gut health.

We’ll dig into what some of the key culprits are and simple swaps you can make in your life to live a cleaner, happier life.

[Week 6]

Long-term Gut Health: Setting Yourself up for Success

For week 6, we dive into YOU. The common denominator in your health and healing journey. We’ll examine limiting beliefs in your own life that might be holding you back from reaching your true potential, in health and in life overall.

We will have three different group Q&A sessions over zoom throughout the program. These calls are not themed like the weekly calls are, and are open to whatever you wish to discuss. This is your chance to ask all your burning health-related questions, and to get concrete advice and coaching from me.
